Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of reapgains.com and the ReapGains service ("the Service"), provided by SPAS Solutions, a sole proprietorship of Ms. Surbhi Garg, registered at X-306, 3rd Floor, Amrapali Silicon City, Sector 76, Noida, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. The Service

ReapGains collects sales, fee, shipping, returns and advertising data from the sources you connect or upload, and calculates profit reports, briefings and alerts for your business. Features may change as we improve the Service.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.
• Keep your log-in details secure and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to it.

3. Your data

You own the data you connect or upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service to you. You confirm that you have the right to share it with us, including any of your customers' details it contains. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not try to access another customer's data, disrupt or overload the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Figures and advice

ReapGains calculates profit from the data and settings you provide. The results are for business information. They are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and you should check important figures with your accountant before relying on them for filings or major decisions.

6. Fees, cancellation and refunds

• Plans, prices and any free trial are shown before you subscribe. Prices are in Indian rupees and GST is added where applicable.
• You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@reapgains.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that.
• If you were charged in error, or charged twice, we will refund the amount in full. Write to us within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Apart from that, fees for a period already started are not refundable.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Data from third-party platforms can be delayed or incomplete, and we are not responsible for those platforms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notice where reasonable. After closure, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and, for significant changes, tell account users by email before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
